Vegan Reishi Lilac Chocolate Truffles
Lilacs are one of my favorite spring flowers, and even more so because they are edible! With its aromatic and slightly bitter flavor, they paired perfectly with Reishi and dark chocolate 🍫❤️
10 ounces vegan dark chocolate
8 tbsp coconut milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp @rootandbones Reishi
1 tbsp fresh lilacs
1/4 tsp sea salt
2 tbsp cacao powder for dusting
Chop the chocolate into tiny pieces and place in bowl with the salt
Warm the coconut milk up on the stove and pour on top of chocolate. Stir until completely melted.
Add vanilla, Reishi and lilacs.
Cover mixture and set in fridge for 4 hours.
Once firm scoop out 1 tbsp sized balls and quickly roll into a ball shape. Dust in cacao powder.
Store in fridge until ready to eat. Remove 15 min before eating for extra creaminess.
Even more delightful with a dollop of coconut cream and extra lilacs!
