Chaga Cinnamon Granola

Cinnamon Chaga Granola with Kiwis πŸ₯ and Coconut Cream
This recipe is totally customizable, you can use any of our potent powders and any nuts and seeds you have on hand. 🌟
3 cups old fashion glutenfree oats
2 cups chopped nuts or seeds
3/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
2 tsp @rootandbones Chaga
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup dried blueberries
1/4 cup maple syrup

Preheat oven to 325F
Add oats, nuts, cinnamon, Chaga and coconut to a large bowl and mix well.
Add maple syrup and vanilla.
Mix well.
Spread on two cookie sheets on top of parchment paper.
Cook for 25-35 min stirring half way until golden brown.
Remove from oven and let cool.
Store in airtight container for 2 weeks or in freezer for longer.
