Vegan Breakfast Bowl with Cherry Chia Chaga Jam (collab with @edgarraw)

@edgarraw is a wonderful creative recipe creator and food photographer. He made this delicious looking breakfast bowl full of healthy foods that will make this the best start to your day! Chaga ginger granola, bananas , strawberries, kiwi πŸ₯, cherry chia Chaga jam, blueberries and homemade acai maca cashew milk. 


Jam recipe:
1 1/2 cups of cherries
1/2 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4-1/3 cup water
1 1/2 tbsp @rootandbones Chaga
1 tsp cinnamon
Add all ingredients into a pot. Boil/mash down until desired consistency. Add maple syrup for extra sweetness.
