Lavender Rose Reishi Evening Latte
This ultra relaxing, nourishing beverage is perfect for anyone who needs a little help unwinding in the evening, whether that be anxiety, insomnia, or just had a long stressful day.
Lavender and Rose both have calming effects on the mind and are the perfect accompaniment to Reishi which is also known to calm the nervous system down. Reishi is indicated for insomnia, stress, tension and anxiety and is one of my favorite herbs for when I'm feeling frazzled.
1 tsp lavender
1 tbsp rose petals
2/3 cup coconut milk
1 tsp Reishi
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Steep the lavender and rose in 1/3 of a cup of hot water for 15 minutes. Strain out the leaves and pour into saucepan with coconut milk. Once it is warmed up blend with Reishi and vanilla.
