Paleo Reishi Pancakes (Grain-free Dairy-free)

1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 cup tapioca flour
2 tsp @rootandbones reishi
3 tbsp coconut flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
1/2 cup non dairy milk

Combine all ingredients together and pour 1/4 cup of batter onto a low-medium heat pan. Once it begins to bubble, flip over and cook another 2 minutes. Top with fresh fruit, maple syrup or any of your favorite toppings!
