Anti-Inflammatory Golden Milk with Reishi

Anti-inflammatory Golden Milk with Reishi
1 tbsp fresh grated turmeric or 2 tsp dried powder
1 tsp grated ginger
1/2 tsp black Pepper
2 tsp coconut oil or ghee
2 cups unsweetened non-dairy milk
1 tsp Reishi
Raw honey or maple syrup, to taste
Add turmeric, ginger, Pepper and milk to saucepan. Wisk well. Bring mixture to a low boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5-10 min. Remove from heat, add honey and reishi and blend for that ultra frothy effect.
