Paleo Chaga Reishi Almond Butter Brownies

These brownies were so rich, moist and delicious. Almond butter, Chaga and Reishi are loaded in antioxidants, which is why I thought it was ok to eat these for breakfast 2 days in a row.
1/2 cup almond butter
1/4 cup coconut oil melted
3/4 raw organic honey
1 large egg(can substitute banana to make it vegan)
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 cup almond flour
1/4 cup cacao
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp @rootandbones Chaga and Reishi

Preheat oven to 350F
Mix together almond butter, coconut oil, honey, egg, vanilla
In a separate bowl mix almond flower, cacao, Reishi, Chaga, baking soda and salt.
Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix well. 
Place in greased baking dish and bake for 30-35 min until knife comes out clean when poked in the center.
