Pistachio Rose Pine Pollen Latte

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup shelled pistachios soaked overnight
  • 1 tsp Pine Pollen powder
  • 1 tsp Rose Water
  • 1 tbsp Dried Rose Petals
  • 1-2 tsp honey

Directions:

Drain and rinse pistachios. Add them to a high speed blender with 2 cups cold water. Blend on high for 1 minute. Strain out through a nut milk bag. Warm pistachio milk. on stove over low-medium heat with dried rose petals for 5 min. Strain out milk from rose petals and add to blender with pine pollen, rose water, and. honey. Blend until smooth and frothy.  Add a shot of expresso if desired :)
