Reishi Mucuna Bliss Boosting Chocolate Raspberry Cake


This is the perfect cake for Valentines Day or any day that you want to up the bliss, and increase the lusciousness.


1 1/2 cups of gluten free rolled oats

1 cup almonds or walnuts

2 tablespoons coconut oil

10 dates pitted

1/4 cup cacao

1 tbsp Reishi

1 tbsp Mucuna

2 tbsp maple syrup


1 can coconut cream

1/3 cup cacao

1/4 cup fresh raspberries

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 tbsp maple syrup

1 tbsp Reishi

1 tbsp Mucuna

Directions: Place the oats and nuts in a food processor and blend until coarsely ground. Add the rest of the crust ingredients and pulse. Firmly press the mixture into a greased 8 inch tart tin on the bottom and along the sides. Place in freezer to set while making filling.

Place all filling ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth. Pour into the tart pan and refrigerate at least 4 hours to set. Garnish with fresh raspberries, coconut and broken pieces of your favorite chocolate bar!
