Ingredients:
8 ounces coffee
1/3 cup steamed hazelnut milk
1 drop @doterra Wild orange oil
1 tsp @rootandbones pine pollen
1/4 tsp almond extract
*honey or stevia to taste
Directions:
Add warm coffee, hazelnut milk and all other ingredients to a high speed blender until frothy.

Beetroot, HeShouWu, Cardamom, Rose Latté 💫🌹☕️ This is a lovely take on a feminine coffee drink. Blood nourishing with Beetroot and HeShouWu and soul soothing with Rose. 🌒
Ingredients: enough for 2
1 cup Coconut Milk
1 cup coffee
5-7 crushed Cardamom Pods or 2 drops @doterra Cardamon oil
4 tbsp Dried Rose Petals
1 tbsp Raw Honey
1 tsp Rose Water
2 tsp Beetroot powder
2 tsp @rootandbones HeShouWu
Instructions:
Pour milk into a sauce pan, add the cardamon and dried rose petals and heat over medium heat. Make 1 cup coffee.
To a blender, add coffee, Strain out cardamon and rose petals, and add coconut milk to blender. Add beetroot powder, rosewater and HeShouWu. Blend until fully combined.
This can be served warm or cold over ice. *This can also be made without coffee as just an iced coconut milk latte, which is just as delicious!

Gluten-free Cordyceps Cardamom Doughnuts
1 Cup Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free 1-to-1 Baking Flour
1 tbsp Cordyceps
1 tsp cardamom
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Cup Coconut Sugar
1/4 tsp Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk + 1/2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar (let sit for a few minutes to form a "buttermilk")
2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
3 Tbsp Coconut Oil, melted and cooled
1 Egg

Frosting:
2/3 cup of coconut cream (full fat, not milk)
2 tbsp coconut oil
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp raw honey
Directions:
Instructions
•Preheat oven to 350F and prepare a doughnut pan with non-stick baking spray. Set aside.
•In a medium bowl, combine flour, Cordyceps, baking powder, cardamom, coconut sugar and salt. Stir until well combined.
•In a small bowl, whisk together the almond milk, apple cider vinegar, egg and vanilla extract until well combined. Slowly pour in the coconut oil and whisk until the mixture is smooth.
•Add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and whisk until a smooth batter forms. Pour the batter into the doughnut pan
•Bake at 350F for 9-12minutes or until golden brown and an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes in the pan, then transfer to a wire rack to finish cooling.
•For the frosting, use the thickest part of the coconut cream, leaving behind any water. Add the vanilla and coconut oil and honey
•Using a hand held electric mixer, whip until smooth. Place in fridge to chill and harden.
•Spread onto doughnuts and add your favorite toppings ✨

Fresh camomile, ginger, rose, Reishi and HeShouWu. 💫
Ingredients:
1 cup coconut milk
5 heads of camomile flowers, or 1 tea bag of camomile tea
1 tbsp @mountainroseherbs rose buds
1 tsp dried ginger
1/4 tsp each @rootandbones Reishi + HeShouWu
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp honey
Directions:
Warm up milk on stove with rose buds, tea bag and dried ginger. On medium low heat, stir for 3-5 min. Strain out herbs from milk and pour into high speed blender with the Reishi/HeShouWu, vanilla and honey. Blend until smooth and frothy ❤️

Medicinal Mushroom Pumpkin Pie 🎃🧡💛
INGREDIENTS:
Crust:
1 cup almonds
1 tbsp coconut oil
5 dates soaked and pitted
1 tbsp ground flax seed
2 tablespoons maple syrup
2 tsp Reishi
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp cacao powder
1/4 tsp clove
pinch of salt
Pumpkin filling:
1 cup pumpkin puree (homemade is ideal but you can use canned too)
3/4 cup soaked cashews
1/3 cup coconut cream
1 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tbsp Chaga
1 tsp cardamom
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp clove
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground ginger
INSTRUCTIONS
Crust:
Add the nuts to a food processor or high speed blender. Pulse until roughly chopped.
Add in the remaining crust ingredients and blend until just combined.
Press the crust in an 8 inch spring form pan
Pumpkin Layer:
In a clean processor, add all ingredients and blend until smooth. Now is the perfect time to taste test and see if you want more sweetener or spices.
Place cake in freezer for a few hours or refrigerator over night. .
To serve:
Remove the cheesecake from the freezer and allow it to soften for about 20 minutes before serving. Add your favorite toppings, whipped coconut cream, coconut flakes, nuts..etc 🧡
