Ingredients
2 cups milk (coconut, almond)
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
1/2 teaspoon @rootandbones Chaga
1/4 tsp @rootandbones Reishi
1/2 tsp @rootandbones Pine pollen
1/8 tsp cardamom
Pinch of ground ginger
Fresh ground black pepper
1 tsp coconut oil or ghee
1 tsp honey
Directions:
Bring milk to a simmer over medium-low heat. Whisk in cinnamon, turmeric, cardamom, ginger, nutmeg and pepper. Add coconut oil, reduce heat to low, and simmer 5–10 min. To a high speed blender, add honey, Reishi, Pine Pollen and Chaga and blend until smooth and frothy.
