Facial cupping is a popular technique used in facial massage to improve blood circulation, promote lymphatic drainage, and rejuvenate the skin. It involves using small glass cups that create a suction effect on the skin, gently lifting and stretching the facial tissues. This non-invasive therapy can help reduce the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, and puffiness, while also toning and tightening the skin.

We are not able to accept returns or exchanges on tools. Please carefully consider this prior to purchasing.

DIRECTIONS

Start by thoroughly cleansing your face with a gentle cleanser and warm water. Pat dry with a clean towel.

Apply a facial oil or serum: Before using the cups, apply a few drops of facial oil or serum to your face. This helps the cups glide smoothly across the skin and prevents any pulling or tugging.

Squeeze the cup: Hold the cup with one hand and gently squeeze the bulb or rim to create a vacuum. Place the cup on the desired area of your face, allowing the suction to secure it in place.

Glide the cup: Once the cup is attached, glide it gently across your face using upward and outward strokes. Avoid staying in one area for too long to prevent bruising. Maintain light to medium pressure, depending on your comfort level.

Massage different areas: Move the cups to various areas of your face, such as the forehead, cheeks, chin, and jawline. You can also target specific areas of concern, such as crow's feet around the eyes or smile lines around the mouth.

Technique variations: Besides gliding, you can also use stationary cupping by leaving the cup in place for a few seconds to release tension in specific areas. A

nother technique is pulsating cupping, where you repeatedly squeeze and release the cup to create a pumping effect.

STORAGE

Keep your facial cups in a clean and dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. You can store them in the protective pouch to prevent damage.

Cleaning: After each use, wash the cups with warm water and a mild soap or gentle facial cleanser. Use a soft brush or cloth to clean both the inside and outside of the cups. Rinse thoroughly to remove any soap residue.
