- fresh mozzarella
- 6-8 figs, quartered
- 1/4 tsp each pearl powder and tremella
- handful of basil chopped
- olive oil
- honey
- salt
On a plate, break up a piece of burrata with your fingers. Arrange the fig quarters around and over the burrata. Drizzle with olive oil and honey, then sprinkle with salt. Place the pearl and tremella in a mini sieve and sprinkle over the burrata and figs. Sprinkle with chopped basil and dive in!
